Yes! You can boil, cook sous vide, or microwave, in our chamber vacuum pouches.
For temperatures above 180 degrees F, we suggest only 10-20 minutes.
For temperatures below, you can cook in them for several hours.
When microwaving, ensure to puncture the bag or cut a venting slot prior to microwaving to prevent it from exploding.
