How do I vacuum seal high moisture proteins with my A100 | GEN 2 suction vacuum sealer?Updated a year ago

1. Prep Your Proteins: Pat dry your high moisture proteins like fresh meat, fish, or poultry with paper towels. Removing excess moisture helps in achieving a better seal.

2. Select the Correct Bag: Choose a suitable vacuum sealer bag or pouch that is compatible with high moisture foods. Ensure the bag is clean and free of any liquid residue.

3. Open the Sealer: Lift the lid of your A100 | GEN 2 Vacuum Sealer and ensure the sealing area is clean and dry.

4. Place the Protein in the Bag: Put the prepared high moisture protein into the vacuum sealer bag. Avoid overfilling the bag to leave enough space for sealing.

5. Position the Bag: Place the open end of the bag onto the sealing strip, ensuring it lies flat and straight for a proper seal.

6. Close the Lid and Start Vacuum Cycle: Gently close the lid of the vacuum sealer, ensuring it locks securely in place and press START.
