Vacuum Sealing May Suck, But Our Support Doesn't! Dive into an array of technical FAQs & troubleshooting tips for the AVS7900 to help you 'Armor' your way through any issues you may have encountered. If the issue persists, please contact Avid Armor.

Why is my AVS7900 not pulling a vacuum?

If the AVS7900 is not pulling a vacuum, it might be due to the foam lid vacuum sealer gaskets. Check to see if there are any tears, rips, or residue that could effect the functionality. If there are tears/rips, the gaskets will need to be replaced.

Why is my AVS7900 leaving spotty seals on my vacuum bag?

If you are getting a spotty heat seal on your vacuum sealer bag, ensure that the teflon tape is in good condition (no tears or rips, missing spots, or residue).

Why is there air left in my vacuum sealer bag?

To improve the vacuum sealing process and reduce the amount of air in the bag, ensure that you have enough headspace, double-check the bag for any leaks or damage, make sure the food is dry, and arrange it in a way that minimizes gaps.
