What do I do if I spilled liquids in the chamber of my USV32?Updated 2 years ago

If you spilled liquids in your USV32 chamber vacuum sealer, it is important your sealer gets cleaned appropriately to avoid any corrosion or residue on the pistons.

1. Remove the seal bar and clean around the two gold pistons underneath with a warm, damp cloth.
2. In a small bowl (that will fit under the lid in the chamber) add equal parts water and distilled white vinegar.
3. Place the bowl in the chamber, close the lid and run the 'MARINATE' function 2-3 times to allow the vapors to neutralize any food/odors that may have gotten into the tubing.

Note: In the future, if any liquid is approaching the seal bar from the bag being overfilled, immediately press the 'SEAL' button to go into seal mode or press the 'CANCEL' button to abort the operation all together.
