Why is my A100 lid not de-vacing?Updated 2 years ago

Here are a few things to check, to see why the A100 lid is not de-vacing:

1. Do you have anything plugged into the accessory port when running the regular vacuum cycle?

  • If yes, unplug the accessory hose.

2. Are you getting any error message during the vacuum cycle?

  • If an E1 error message is displayed, that is a safety precaution to ensure the machine's lid is locked down during the vacuum and sealing process.
  • If an E2 error message is displayed, please contact Avid Armor.

3. Have you tried to turn off the machine, unplug it, and try again?

  • If yes, there is a chance that residue could have gotten on the solenoid valve overtime. Please contact Avid Armor for solenoid valve cleaning instructions.

4. Is it doing this every time you run the vacuum cycle?

  • If yes, there is a chance that residue could have gotten on the solenoid valve overtime. Please contact Avid Armor for solenoid valve cleaning instructions.
