Ensure the accessory hose isn't plugged into the port and no error codes are displaying. If the hose is free from the port and there are no error codes, there is a chance residue has gotten on the solenoid valve and it will need to be cleaned.

Why is the time countdown stuck at 2 on my A100?

When the countdown is stuck at 2 on the A100, it indicates that the internal sensor is most likely being disrupted and unable to complete the cycle. This is commonly caused by debris or residue getting on in the sensor and on the contact points.

Why am I getting spotty seals on my vacuum sealer bags/rolls?

When using the 'PULSE' function, you will either want to hold the 'PULSE' button down on the first press or just a little bit longer in order for the lid to draw down into a locked position.
